Edward Francis Lande, II, 78, of Montrose, California passed away on November 13, 2014. Born to Edward and Eva Lande in Detroit, Michigan, Edward moved to California in 1952 and graduated from Burbank High School.
He worked as a stock broker for many years, then in air conditioning sales which lead to a 25 year career in the HVAC Installation & Service industry. He founded Lande’s HVAC Inc. and built it into a well-known and respected part of the construction industry.
Edward is survived by his daughter, Desiree Bilich of Martinez, California, his two sons Eddie and Greg, and three grandchildren. He was a wonderful father and will be greatly missed by family and friends. Services will be held Saturday December 6th, 11 a.m. at Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary, Mission Hills.
