Swartz, Patricia Constance October 8, 1924 - April 14, 2009 Patricia Constance Swartz quietly passed away on April 13, 2009. She is preceeded in death by her loving husband, Melvin Roy, of 60 years. She is survived by her son Bruce, daughter-in-law Linda, and son Michael. The family wishes to acknowledge her life long friend, Virginia Ricks, and caring neighbors Barbara and David Kramig, Loraine and George Khair, Joaine Bailey-Woods, and Bill Wallace.
