Mark Villasenor, BHS '71. Mark passed away suddenly at his home in Mission Hills on Saturday, August 1, 2015. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, August 7 at 11:00 A.M. at Saint John the Baptist De La Salle Catholic Church, 16555 Chatsworth St., Granada Hills 91344, 818-363-2535. Interment immediately following at San Fernando Mission Cemetery, 11160 Stranwood Ave., Mission Hills 91345, 818-361-7387. HAWAIIAN SHIRTS ARE REQUESTED TO BE WORN IN MARK'S HONOR. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to: WIDOWS, ORPHANS & DISABLED FIREMEN'S FUND, P.O. Box 41903, Los Angeles, CA 90041. Mark spent 34 years as a fireman with LAFD from February 1975 until his retirement in February 2009. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Darlene; his three children; first grandchild to be born in November; his parents ages 92 and 89; his siblings, Pete BHS '66, Jim BHS '68, Lisa BHS '77, Emily BHS '79, and Melinda BHS '81; also sister-in-law, Beverly Myers Villasenor BHS '70. Many other relatives also survive Mark.
